Answer: We focus on residential privacy fencing.  Our platform allows you to customize your privacy fence design to match your personal style and property requirements.

5. Is the online bidding process accurate?

Answer: Yes, our online bidding system is designed to be highly accurate. It takes into account various factors such as material costs, property dimensions, and specific customer requirements to provide a reliable price. We stand by the price given. The only time we’ll make an adjustment is if you made a mistake when scanning your yard and provided inaccurate measurements. 

6. How long does the installation process take once I say yes? 

Answer: The timeline for fence installation can vary depending on the project's complexity and our current schedule. During the fence design on the app, you’ll get to choose the installation date. We’ll only show dates that are available. Typically we can start in less than 1 week, and it take 1-2 days to complete the job. 

Keep in mind, if you are in an HOA or need a permit, you will be responsible for getting that approval. We’ll walk you through those steps as well, but it may expand the timeline. 

7. Do you offer warranties or guarantees for your services?

Answer: Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work and offer warranties for both materials and workmanship. For specific warranty details, please refer to our terms of service.
